Precisely, Agatha Christie began writing in 1920, after the end of the First World War. Her first story was The Mysterious Affair at Styles in 1920.
Agatha Christie married an aviator, Archibald Christie in December 1914. The marriage was turbulent and ended in divorce in 1928. However, in 1930, she married her second husband, Max Mallowan. This marriage was happier, but her only child, Rosalind Hicks, came from her first marriage.
